RETURN and EXCHANGE

THE POLICY

We strongly recommend that you read our Return and Exchange Policy prior to your purchase from us so you will be familiar with it.

This Return and Exchange Policy applies to orders/purchases made through our online shop https://bluepegasos.us (USA).

If you have purchased your goods through one of our branches, agents, and/or a third-party member, you will be subject to their return and exchange policies.

But YOU CAN choose a refund or a replacement if the product you received shows material, and/or manufacturing fault(s), or if it is significantly different from the sample, and/or description we provided to you.

Therefore, we recommend that upon receiving your order you immediately inspect all goods to ensure that are of acceptable quality, complete, and match the description(s) we have provided to you.

If any goods arrived in a disorderly manner, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us immediately by email to launch and validate your claim.

For any returns, please comply with the policy conditions below for a speedy, and satisfactory process, and outcome.

 

RETURNS

Before you return any goods please contact your Blue Pegasos Support Team at sales@bluepegasos.com to inform us.

Complete the return process located at the bottom of the home page. All returned goods must be in a clean, and unused condition, and returned within 45 days (starting from the date of your purchase).

Add a copy of your order/purchase with the goods you want to return to us, without the proof of purchase, your returns may not be processed.

 

LIABILITY for RETURNS

You (the customer) are responsible for your returned goods (incl. shipping cost) until it is received by (us) Blue Pegasos USA.
(Please Note: We refuse to accept any C.O.D. or any similar postage/shipping method for returns unless we confirmed by us.)

 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time for returned goods (starting from the date we receive it) can vary depending on the issue, from 2 business days for exchanges or credit, to 20 business days for refunds or replacements (excluding shipping time).

However, Blue Pegasos reserves the right to extend the processing time if it is needed.

 

GUARANTEE

WE *GUARANTEE that all our own manufactured products (horse shoes, sole plates, flexicuffs, nail punch, and clincher clip) are free of material and/or manufacturing faults, and of acceptable quality.

THIS *GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER: adhesives, mixing tips, applicator, screws, spikes, studs, tools, and/or accessories, factory seconds, and free samples.

 

EXCHANGE or CREDIT

We offer free exchange for goods you purchased from us. Additional fees apply if the new items exceed the amount of your original order. If you return good(s) to be credited to your account be aware that we credit the net purchase price of that particular good(s) only (excl. shipping cost, GST, Bank fees).

(Please Note: This credit is valid for 90 days only (starting from the date we received the goods), and will become invalid if not used within the stated time frame)!

 

REFUND or REPLACEMENT

If an item you have ordered proves to be faulty, and you notified us within the return guidelines, at your discretion we will either refund the amount you paid in full incl. the shipping cost or we will replace the good(s) you ordered/purchased free of cost.

 

INCORRECT ORDER

If Blue Pegasos have sent you an incorrect order or redirected it to the wrong address, please notify us immediately. We will make sure at no cost to you that you receive your correct order at your stated delivery address.

 

CANCELLATION and CHANGES

If you changed your mind after you completed your order and would like to either cancel or change it afterward, please email us at sales@bluepegasos.us quote your order number, and include your request.

If your order has already been completed and entered the dispatch process your order will not be able to be changed or canceled.

 

INFORMATION PROVIDED

We strongly advise that upon placing your order that you check your details thoroughly before completing it. Blue Pegasos will not accept any liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect (address) information.

 

SPECIAL REQUEST

If you need to receive your order to a specific date or to be shipped to a specific location without contacting us first for confirmation, and your order runs late or ends up in a different place, Blue Pegasos Pty Ltd will not be held liable to either refund or replace your order.

Blue Pegasos reserves the right to amend, change, and/or delete any of the above statements without any further publications and/or notifications.
